J-Cross : Born as josh Burris, Columbus,Oh. I'm running my own indie label "Crossed Out Records", been doing this for 5 years now. Ive released dozens of mix tapes & albums, sold online, also through out the streets of many different cities. Im a jack of all trades meaning i do it all, mastering, mixing, beat making, writer, composer, lyricist. I grew up poor, in a poor neighborhood, and feel i was born in to this, not only that, i do it for the love of hip hop. I'm far from being obnoxious, egotistical, and an average ass hole, im just being me, and keeping my dream, goals, life, future, in order. Thanks to all my supporters, fans of the music, glad you enjoy it as well as i did making it for you.

Influences
Hip hop in general, the art of using words to express your self, and being able to make a change in the world, perhaps someones life. Tupac & Biggie, was my main influences, of taking there surroundings and bringing it to life. Freestyle battle really influenced me to start rapping, cipher's of friends on porches and corner's, battling each other for respect.
